A Father's Day Solstice

We got outta town for the weekend. We had a special few days to recognize. Along the way, we found a park that was a big hit - similar to Dragon's Hollow @ the Carousel.

Then for some celebratory Solstice sapphire searching (Happy 6th Half-Anniversary ;)!

The sole sapphire - only one big enough and pure enough for any potential heating, cutting and setting if we happen to lose a third wedding jewel : { in the future

And a moment for all the FABULOUS FATHERS - like Daddy, Grandpa Larry, Grandpa Richard, Uncle Wes, Uncle Eric, Uncle Matt, Uncle Dave, Uncle Brandon...

WHILE MOMMY'S AT WORK...Kelly Reservoir in the East Pioneers of SW MT - Greg, Ivan, Liza & Maggie enjoying some fishing, throwing rocks, chasing sticks into the water, running and wildflowers all under sporadic clouds and sprinkles.

WHEN MOMMY'S DONE WITH WORK...Boating the Beav (Cornell Park to Selway Bridge) - Sonja & Amy navigating the great alumo (novice-style) while Chris & Dave float Chris' cute little buffalo boat under thunderclaps, distant lightning strikes and fish biting flies (just not the tied kind, unfortunately)
